Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips Recipe

    • 8 whole Strawberries, Diced
    • 2 whole Kiwi, Diced
    • ¼ cups Blueberries
    • ¼ cups Blackberries, Cut In Half
    • 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
    • 1 teaspoon Agave Nectar
    • Cinnamon Sugar Pita Chips, For Serving

A quick and easy to make, tasty fruit salsa and cinnamon with Sugar Pita chips. Great as an appetizer or a snack for anytime. 

Directions:

  1. Stir together the strawberries and kiwi in a medium bowl. Add the blueberries and blackberries. Stir carefully so you don’t turn the salsa purple.

  2.  Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fruit. Add a tiny drizzle of agave nectar, about 1 teaspoon, to bring out the sweetness in the fruit. Stir carefully.

  3. Serve with cinnamon sugar pita chips.
