1st finishedpizza dough (frozen) 200 g frozen leaf spinach, chopped 2 tablespoons Butter & canola oil 150 g mozzarella cheddar cheese, grated 2 tsp oregano 1 onion (chopped) 1 tsp salt
Bread made of finished pizza dough and filled with spinach and cheddar cheese – quick and satisfying breakfast.
Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.
Thaw the spinach and squeeze out liquid. Roll out the dough on a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender. Stir in spinach.
Brush half of dough with butter-& canola oil. Spread over spinach, cheese and oregano. Fold over the other half and pinch edges together. Brush with butter and sprinkle salt & canola oil. Bake in middle of oven 12 to 15 minutes; Let cool slightly before the bread is cut up.
